As soon as autumn lays its hand on the season—turning up the wind, putting a crisp edge to the morning, and causing us to dig into the backs of closets for socks and boots—we start craving all things flavored with pumpkin spice.

From foamy lattes to spicy ciders—here are our top eight pumpkin flavored drinks for your fall enjoyment…

1. Warm Pumpkin Spice Drink

I have a confession: I deal with dairy issues, which leaves me unable to enjoy a regular latte come fall. This might be a catastrophe, but luckily this warm pumpkin spice drink is made from almond milk instead, meaning it’s lactose-free! Simply blend 1 cup of almond milk with pumpkin pie spice, a dollop of canned pumpkin puree, a dash of vanilla extract, a sprinkle of sugar, and crown with dairy-free whipped topping and cinnamon.

2. Spiced Pumpkin Bourbon Punch

The great thing about this spicy bourbon-powered punch is that it’s versatile—meaning it can be served hot or cold, depending on fall’s finicky weather.  The lemon, ginger, pumpkin puree, and honey concoction is equally welcoming served over ice or via a heated mug—both ways with a cinnamon stick for stirring, but of course!

3. Pumpkin Spice Hot Apple Cider

You don’t need to crave coffee to enjoy a hot pumpkin flavored brew. This Pumpkin Spiced Hot Apple Cider is ideal for a cold, fall day when the leaves begin to turn from green to reds and oranges. The apple and pumpkin flatter each other with a spicy meets smooth texture, and a topping of whipped cream and caramel drizzle will keep you reaching for this brew over coffee any day!

4. Kahlúa Pumpkin Spice Hazelnut Coffee

Why add regular Kahlúa to your afternoon coffee when you can add a snort of this irresistible, fall-flavored liquor.  This pumpkin-spiced creamy mug is the ideal pick-me-up on a dreary fall afternoon and even more ideal sipped in front of a roaring fire while wrapped up in a cozy blanket.

5. Pumpkin Pie White Hot Chocolate

Can’t decide between a popular pumpkin spice latte and a hot cocoa? That’s alright, you don’t have to choose if you slurp this frothy, pumpkin pie white hot chocolate. Start with a foamy milk base and blend with chopped white chocolate squares, canned pumpkin puree, and spices of nutmeg, vanilla, cloves, and cinnamon.

6. Pumpkin Pie Martini

This martini hits the spot after a hearty fall dinner, almost as sweetly as a thick slice of pumpkin pie—without weighing you down. It features a blend of pumpkin pie puree, half and half, a bit of maple syrup, a shot of vodka, and a drizzle of pure vanilla extract.

7. Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Cinnamon, all spice and everything nice goes into this vegan-friendly and dairy-free smoothie. It’s healthy enough to constitute breakfast—blended with nutritious ingredients like pumpkin puree, mashed banana, unsweetened almond milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

8. Pumpkin Spiced Latte

What goes so cozy with all of those bulky fall sweaters? This is why I add pumpkin puree to my Chai lattes come autumn—made with a brew of black tea, pumpkin puree, nutmeg, chai concentrate, and whipped cream…for an oh-so-cute whipped cream mustache.
