Unless you’re spending hundreds of dollars on an exceptional bottle of champagne, sparkling wine could do quite well as an alternative. Some people even prefer the taste of sparkling wine, so there’s really no reason to spend a ton of money.

13. Strawberry Champagne Punch

This delicious punch is made with extra dry champagne, ginger ale, and pureed strawberries. Put a spoonful of the strawberry mixture at the bottom of the glass, then top with champagne and ginger ale. It’s a refreshing and delicious drink.

This festive cocktail has a delicious plum flavor. To get the plum syrup, boil together 10 plums, 3/4 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup water, and 1 cup of sugar. Strain and use it as a syrup in any cocktail you desire.

This festive drink is a beautiful combination of flavors and colors for the holiday season. Cranberry vodka is mixed with triple sec, frozen cranberries, and then topped with sparkling apple cider.

9. Raspberry Champagne Cocktail

This delicious cocktail uses homemade chambord. To make it, mash 1 pound of fresh raspberries and add it to 3 cups of vodka, and 1 1/4 cups of sugar. Let it sit for 2-4 weeks and then transfer it to a dark place in an airtight container for 3 months.

This unique mint julep was created by barman Jim Hewes from the Round Robin and Scotch Bar. It’s a mixture of bourbon, raspberry liquer, triple sec, and fresh mint. Muddle it like a traditional mint julep.
