This is the part where I bashfully admit that this recipe came after a craving for cookie dough, and dietary restrictions don’t allow me such basic joys in life. So late one evening, I whipped up a vegan & gluten-free raw cookie dough, formed into 3 little balls and called it dessert (aka: emotional wellness bites). I let the kids try them, they were none the wiser, and so I thought – you know…this outta be shared with the world. So here we are. Sharing is caring.
