Begin by making the chocolate ganache on the stovetop. Once complete you’ll need to let the ganache set for at least 6 hours to overnight. When it becomes hard you’ll be able to roll the ganache into teaspoon size balls. Freeze the rolled ganache and then dip in melted chocolate soon after.
