Sweet potato casserole is so irresistibly sweet that it almost tastes like a dessert! So go ahead and try cooking the sweet potatoes in your Instant pot and then turn them into this delicious casserole. The sweet potatoes are steamed in the Instant Pot in just 8 minutes, which is seriously impressive!

Once cooked, you’ll be able to add the remaining ingredients to the Instant Pot, and then transfer the contents into a baking dish. While this is a two-step recipe, it will surely be worth the wait.
